  • If you place an order On-line for a destination outside of our standard charge area, we will automatically contact you with regards to the delivery options available and any additional costs
     
  • If the revised conditions are acceptable, you will be issued a Proforma Invoice and can pay any additional costs on-line
     
  • If the additional delivery costs or service on offer is not acceptable, you will be able to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
