Dust Free Cutting & Chasing Systems and Attachments

Our C-Tec dust cowls are designed for intensive working and are factory-configured to be a precise fit on selected 125, 180 and 230 mm (5, 7 & 9”) angle grinders. The 125 mm (5”) version is very widely used for Brick Raking. The 180 and 230 models can be fitted with single or multiple blades. All can use standard or extra width blades and are equipped with fully enclosed depth-adjustable stainless steel skids. These provide high levels of dust control when coupled to an appropriate dust extractor. In addition, they provide a low friction stable platform for cutting and chasing on all types of surface.

By contrast, the Dust Muzzle Ultra is a universal fit dust cowl for grinders up to 125 mm (5”). It is best for less arduous low intensity applications and is configured for Cutting & Chasing by the addition of a clip-on side guard. Dust Muzzle products are designed for standard width diamond blades only.

G-Tec All-fit is a universal fitting polyurethane dust guard for 180 and 230 mm (7 & 9”) angle grinders
It is a Universal-fit device, supplied with a selection of spacer rings to match common angle grinders
It has a 50 mm ‘parallel’ extraction port and can be supplied with a flip-front for edging work
