Dust Muzzle - Dust Control Guards

The Dust Muzzle range comprises more than 20 variants, for fitting to angle and die grinders, petrol and electric saws, needle guns, sanders and chipping hammers. Lightweight, yet tough and durable, they will substantially eliminate airborne dust when connected to an appropriate dust extractor, such as the TV50.
Removing dust at source creates a healthier and safer working environment. It also extends equipment life by minimising the ingress of dust, which would otherwise accelerate wear on switches, motors and mechanical components. And there’s no need for a clean-up operation at the end of the job

Dust Muzzle Ultra is the latest addition to the range. Like its predecessors:

• it is made from durable and crack-resistant polypropylene
• has a side-mounted extractor port - the most efficient design
• can be used for grinding & cutting/chasing applications

Uniquely, only two models are required for virtually all 5, 7 & 9 inch grinders:

• the smaller product will fit 4, 4.5 & 5 inch grinders (100, 115 & 125 mm)
• the larger model should fit all 7 & 9 inch grinders (180 & 230 mm)

Flexible adapter rings are used to bridge the wide variance of collar diameters found on angle grinders. The flexible ‘fingers’ on the cowl can be trimmed to provide height adjustment for the variety of disk types and backing pads commonly used - the spacer washers can further fine-tune height adjustment
