Cutting & Chasing - Plunge Cutting - Square Cutting - Low Vibration - Low Dust

The Arbortech Allsaw is a multi-purpose construction saw, featuring a twin-blade reciprocal action that promotes efficient cutting with reduced dust creation. Most notable is its ability to plunge cut to a depth of 120 mm and to cut square. Compared to using a disk cutter, it is cleaner and removes the requirement to over-cut in corners. A classic use is the removal of a single brick, for reversal or replacement.

A range of blades permits use in brick and blockwork, soft natural stone products, various wood types and a range of plastic materials. Other common applications include:

- joint raking, prior to re-pointing
- chasing for electrics and plumbing
- switch box installation
- toothing brickwork for extensions
- removal of built-in fixtures

The Allsaw is widely used in conservation works where its precision and control reduces the risk of damage to sensitive structures. Special (thin) conservation blades are available for cutting and raking in narrow bed joints. Click Here for full blade listing.


	The Allsaw’s reciprocal action generates less dust than bladed cutting methods. However, for high intensity work (such as brick raking) or situations where high levels of dust control are needed, the TV50 Dust Extractor is an ideal complement

Two models now available ...

the original AS160 in 110 volt/1000 watt or 240 volt/900 watt

the new AS170 in 110 volt/1450 watt or 240 volt/1250 watt

The body on the new AS170 is a few millimetres longer to accomodate the more powerful motor
The more powerful AS170 is better suited to sustained high intensity use - the additional power should improve productivity
The overall mechanical design remians unchanged and the same range of blades fits both models
